Lukashenka demands to stop inflation or goverment will have to fall
He claimed it at a meeting dedicated to the situation in the consumer and currency market.
According to Lukashenka, prices can be increased only if the Prime Minister and regional governors allow it, informs BelTA. The Belarusian leader thinks that there are no goods the prices of which need to be increased in Belarus now.
Furthermore, Lukashenka has demanded to provide a wide variety of goods in shops within a week.
If the government fails to provide stability in the country, Lukashenka will make it resign. He has imposed full responsibility for the foreign currency problems on PM Milail Myasnikovich and head of the National Bank Pyotr Prakapovich.
