A Swedish plane crossed the Lithuanian-Belarusian border and landed teddy bears in our country on July 4. Notes with appeals of the freedom of speech were attached to the toys.

Belarus asked Lithuania to render legal assistance in this issue. Lithuania started the investigation of this incident only on August 14 -  a month after the flight. It is conducted by the Security Service of the state border of Lithuania and is controlled by the Attorney General's Office.
