Lawyer: Varlamau may need spine surgery
Lawyer Pavel Pivavarchyk will ask to change the restraint for his client.
According to his words reported
by interfax.by, the destiny of this appeal will be decided after Varlamau
undergoes will MRI examination. It is scheduled for next Friday. The lawyer
says that the examination was scheduled for today at the MIA hospital. But
since the institution had more serious patients, it has been postponed to the
following Friday.
Pivavarchyk also does not exclude that Varlamau will need spine surgery. The
examination will show this. Varlamau had the previous surgery after his
arrest, he was given a second degree of disability.
Varlamau trial will be resumed on Monday. The victims will be interrogated next
week: only 30 of them have already been interrogated while there are more than 350 people in total.
