Kuliashou: We are checking all transport, especially on Russian border
The Interior Minister Anatol Kuliashou has informed this.
According to him, it is likely that the explosive device was under the bench at the platform in the opposite of the second carriage. A crater with 80 cm in diameter was created as a result of the blast. Explosion yield in TNT equivalent has made 5-7 kilos. The explosive device was stuffed with metal balls, about 1 cm in diameter.
About 300 people were at that place when the blast occurred. The Minister has informed that they organized checking of all transport going out of the country and into our territoty. Perimiters of the border in Votsebsk, Mahileu and Homel regions are in the center of attention.
Places of mass gatherings of people - airports, railway stations - are under increased security regime.
The investigation is also studying all records of video observation systems. Investigators will work on all the versions which they have in order to define the whole picture of what has happened, BELTA informs.
