July 13 detainees stand trial today (updated)

Human rights activists inform about several cases. One of the detainees, Vital Strui, was watching people being delivered to Minsk Partisan District Department of the Interior. He was detained there and a report about petty hooliganism was drawn up against him. The guy spent the night in jail and Partisan District Court has fined him for 10 base amounts today.

Strui has informed that about 10 people were delivered to Partisan District Department of the Interior yesterday. Two minor girls were let off soon afterwards.

Two people will stand trial in Minsk Central District Court today: Pavel Hadzinski and Maxim Yuzafovich.

Soviet District Court has pronounced sentences to three detainees. Judge Paulyuchenka has sentenced Illya Zyankevich and Aleh Hilyazhau to 10 days of arrest. Judge Mazouka has pronounced the same sentence to Alyaksandr Busel.

Ivan Shyla’s trial has been postponed until tomorrow. Alyaksandr Burautsou will be the judge.

VILEIKA:

Kaptsyuh Dzmіtry— 7 days (convicted for July 6 action).
