Hungarians protest against the country's new Constitution

The country's new Constitution came into force on January 1. The leading party "Fidesz" passed the basic law through the Parliament in April.

According to the demonstrants, the government increases the political control over the court system, the Central Bank, religious structures and mass media. Representatives of the leading party, on the contrary, state that the new Constitution improves the legal side of the life in Hungary, informs ВВС.
