Economist: Sudden devaluation is impossible
Vadzim Iosub says that the devaluation sms is "an evident fake".
The economist told Euroradio about it.
Vadzim Iosub: “We have a floating exchange rate defined by the Stock Exchange. It is impossible for somebody to set an exchange rate for January 8 now. That picture is nothing else but a fake."
However, there are negative tendencies in the economy, noted the economist. The dollar exchange rate may slightly increase by the end of the year - to 9500 roubles.
An sms informing that the dollar will cost 14 thousand roubles and euro - 10 thousands on January 8 appeared on the Internet on January 4.
