Customs Union to allow import of goods for up to 10 th euros

The Customs Union will allow import of goods for the sum up to 10 thousand euros without fees to its territory, informs the newspaper "Vedomosti" with a reference to anonymous sources in the Customs Union's commission. 


Stricter limitations are in force in Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan now. A fee amounting to 30% of the price (but no less than 4 euros per kilo) is taken from all goods which surpass the limit of 1500 euros.


According to "Vedomosti", the new norms will be adopted at the session of the Customs Union's commission in July. The mentioned limitations will concern only the goods imported by air and by physical persons only.
