Belarus to buy energy in Russia and Ukraine
Belarus is planning to import energy from Ukraine and Russia in 2011.
The deputy director of “Belenergo” Mihail Luzin informed about it on December 16, reports BelTA.
The Belarusian energy system has enough capacity to satisfy the needs of
the whole country. However, the Belarusian energy often proves to be
more expensive that the energy offered in the Ukrainian and Russian
markets.
Luzin noted that the import volume for 2011 was not defined.
