President’s Administration dissatisfied with bureaucratization

The work on debureaucratization of state organs is being conducted but there is no system of solving the problem, the influence of the administration and the responsibility of officials are slackened. This is the main conclusion of the President’s Administration after a check-up of state organs in Hrodna Region.
The sudden check-up was conducted according to an order of Alyaksandr Lukashenka to find out whether the debureaucratization directive of 2006 was being fulfilled.

Thus, it was impossible to get a complaint book in Astravetsk District military registration and enlistment office and hospital on demand. An employee responsible for the website of Hrodna October District administration did not have access to the Internet. The district “one window” service “does not correspond to the legislation and is organized in a way inconvenient for people”.
