Penalty Department: Klimau does not need medical care
Andrei Klimau is not in danger. The acting head of the Penalty Department of the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs Yury Barynkou has informed about it.
He sent a response to the appeal of the head of the National Committee of the United Democratic Forces Anatol Lyabedzka who inquired about the prison conditions of the politician in the colony.
Let us remind you that Klimau was imprisoned in a high security colony for two years in August for an article published on the Internet. He has heart problems and he spent a week in prison hospital while the investigation was in process.
The Penalty Department claims that Andrei Klimau’s health is “satisfactory” and that he does not need any medical care.
