Opposition wants cabinet disbanded, Ramanchuk appointed as anti-crisis manager

Belarus' opposition experts urged the Belarusian leader to disband the Council of Ministers and appoint Yaraslau Ramanchuk, deputy chairman of the opposition United Civic Party (UCP), as the country's top anti-crisis manager.
The group led by Ramanchuk unveiled its anti-crisis plan at a news conference in Minsk. It says that the proposals are aimed to improve governance and debureaucratize "the executive government system," reported belmy.info.
