Minsk city hall bans VW new billboards
Atlant-M Fahrzeughandel, VW's official dealer in Belarus, was denied approval for the launch on August 1 of its new advertising billboards. The company was told by the city officials that a mentally ill person was protrayed on the board. "Even after we made some changes in the design, we still failed to have it approved. "It means that the Germans have picked it as one of the best advertising projects," reports Charter'97.
