Maryina Horka deserter captured
The Ministry of Defense does not elaborate on more details, BelaPAN notes.
21-year-old Alyaksandr Sushchyk fled from the 5th special brigade in Maryina Horka on the night of January 3. It was announced that the soldier had fled with a knife bayonet and portable radio transmitter. According to unofficial sources, the items were found on the territory of the military unit later.
The police also joined the search. It is not clear who detained the special squad soldier.
