Lukashenka's guards perform poorly during drills

The body guards of the Belarusian president performed poorly at the first stage of a competition for security agents. Security guards from across Russia and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States gathered in the town of Koidonovo in Russia's Nizhniy Novgorod region. The team of body guards of the Belarusian president made three mistakes that could cost the president his life in a real-life situation, the competition judges said.

During the drill, the "president" came to a lake. Two "killers" disguised as a diver and a fisherman were waiting for their target. The diver was masked inside water. The Belarusian body guards spotted the fisherman right away, but failed to even notice the diver. They simply... stepped om him during the checkout of the lake!

Another mistake that could cost life to Alexander Lukashenka was that none of his four body guards spotted a "killer" who was hiding in a car. Under the drill scenario, a VIP person was invited to watch a football match. A car with a killer hiding in the trunk was parked near the pitch.

Lukashenka's body guards failed to neutralize him. They did not find a "bomb" hidden in a bucket with paint, either.

Viewers at the open international tournament of professional body guards felt like they got to a Hollywood production site, reports the Russian newspaperTvoy Den. Security professionals were shooting, fighting terrorists and saving their VIP clients.

The Belarusians were the only team that repersented the guard of the Belarusian president. The rest of the team represented private security agencies.

“Lukashenka's body guards failed to fulfill some tasks. But after a debrief with our instructor, they excelled during the rest of the drills," the tournament spokeswoman Oksana Grigoricheva said.

Eventually, the Belarusian body guads who failed for three times to protect Lukashenka from "killers" won the tournament cup.
