KGB claims there are no terrorist and extremist organizations in Belarus
There are no officially recognized terrorist or extremist organizations in Belarus now. The deputy head of the anti-terrorist KGB centre Vyachaslau Linenka claimed it.
"A decision of the Supreme Court is necessary to announce an organization to be a terrorist one. Not single decision of the kind has been taken in connection with any organization yet”, - he said.
He also noted that if such a decision was taken by the Supreme Court, KGB wuold publish information about the organization according to the law on prevention of terrorism and extremism.
