It took three hours to neutralize “a bomb” at Orsha railway station

It took miners three hours to neutralize “a bomb” at the railway station in Orsha. Attentive citizens noticed an unattended bag near the office of the administration of Orsha railway terminal. 
According to bulletinonline.org, six fire-engines, an ambulance, policemen and miners arrived on the spot. The area was cordoned off. It turned out that there were empty vodka and wine bottles in that bag. Its owner has not been found.
