Hurts in Minsk: "I came, I saw, I endured!"

However, the "strong half" of the humanity were not impressed - while girls had fun, guys just endured.

The Hurts performed on October 11 in Minsk. The band whose title of the best concert team of last Summer is absolutely justified, did not disappoint: both the sound and the show were spectacular, and the string quartet, which Adam and Thea took with them to Minsk to make the girl fans drown the dance floor with tears, sounded not worse than Alyaksandr Anisimau's orchestra, which accompanied the Ukrainian band "Okean Elzy" at the same stage the day before.

Euroradio's correspondents were surprised to see a man with a video-camera as they entered the Palace of Sports. He filmed the viewers of Hurts' concert who were allegedly going to the action of mass idleness, not to the concert hall.

 “That's it! As soon as people start applauding riot police will arrive and put everyone on the floor!” — we thought for a second. However, this man introduced himself as a representative of the city administration of internal affairs and explained that he was filming: "Just in case - what if someone decides to bring something forbidden to the concert hall?”. At the same time, the dance floor and the absolutely empty stands were warming up under accompanement of the Belarusian band Open Space for 15 minutes already.

Having listened to the Open Space, Euroradio proceded to talking to the Hurts fans. "I know that it is a British band, and I know the names of two their songs, — a beautiful girl named Julia confessed to us. — And the reason why I am still not on the dance floor - is this chicken pancake!"

 

The fans prepared for the concert really well.

 

 

"The majority of people who came to the Hurts concert today are not their fans. The Hurts play a very beautiful music, and they are most likely admirers of the whole style, not of a concrete band! Moreover, the Hurts are in fashion today. At last someone really fashionable came to Belarus!" — a young man Alyaksey has said.

 

 

 

True, the majority of men who came to the concert did not look like the band's fans. While their girlfriends had fun, they just stood on the dance floor like road stones, trying to understand what they had gived 200 thousand roubles for. Besides, the side stands of the Palace of Sports remained empty: Belarusians are not ready to pay such big money to listen to a band with just one album of 14 songs. Even if this band is the Hurts.

 

 

 

However, the girls who made their boyfriends buy them tickets, knew where they went and what for. The audience greeted every note and every emotion from the Hurts. Adam and Thea, who were the most unhappy people when they were recording their album "Happiness", just bathed in love! As for the guys.. Well, "I came, I saw, I endured". It's all for the sake of the girls.
