Emergency Control Ministry’s kite to fly over Hrodna
A mass kite event will begin on the field near Lake Jubelee in Hrodna on Saturday. Everyone will be able to take part in the event organized by employees of the Emergency Control Ministry and members of the club of Japanese culture amateurs “Genshiken”. The secretary of Hrodna affiliate of the young association of firemen and rescuers Yahen Sarvas has noted in an interview with ERB that the kite festival is not only a nice way to spend your time:
Sarvas: “Our organization will fly a kite made by the Emergency Control Ministry. We will demonstrate to young people that pastime is not only about cigarettes and alcohol. There are more interesting things to do”.
The steering committee is planning to choose the most beautiful hand-made kite, the biggest, the smallest and the funniest kite that will fly higher than others.
