Draft budget 2009 is presented to leader of state
The deputy Minister of Finance Andrei Harkavets has informed about it. The draft budget will be sent to the Parliament afterwards.
Let us remind you that the draft budget was discussed at a meeting of the Council of Ministers on July 15. The income of the consolidated budget is expected to reach 71.9 trillion roubles and the expenses – 74.7 trillion roubles. The deficit of the consolidated budget is planned to total 2.8 trillion roubles or 1.85% of the GDP.
