Chinese artists to entertain Belarusian sportsmen instead of ours
The attaché of the Belarusian Olympic delegation Mikalai Kanaplyou told ERB about the preparation for receiving our delegation in China.
The official noted that the creation of the Belarusian House was not over.
Kanapleu: They have not decided where it will be situated – in our Embassy of in the Olympic village.
M.Kanaplyou could not specify what Belarusian singers would be invited to the Olympics to render moral support to our sportsmen. According to him, the National Olympic Committee of Belarus was responsible for all official invitations and tickets.
The Belarusian Olympic House will be organized for providing information about Belarus rather than for the entertainment of Belarusians. China will organize entertainment programmes for Belarusians:
Kanapleu: It will be sight-seeing, the Great Chinese Wall or museums, the palace of the Emperor, the Summer Palace. There are a lot of places worth seeing to visit in Beijing.
