Brest builders forced to work on Christmas Day

The red day will be made a working day to prolong Orthodox Christmas. Activist of the Movement For Freedom Raman Kislyak said:

Kislyak: “Workers from building trust #8 have reported that they will have to work tomorrow. Tomorrow is Christmas Day. People are indignant because some of the workers are Catholics or Protestants. This day is important to them.”

The administration of the building trust issued a special order, the human rights activist said. He considers it to be religious discrimination. Kislyak has lodged a complaint to the Ministry of Architecture and Building and the Prosecutor General's Office and demanded to cancel the order because it contradicts the Belarusian legislation.

The human rights defender is going to check whether the illegal order will be cancelled or not tomorrow.
