Belstat: Nearly 137 thousand 'organized tourists' visited Belarus in 2013

Belstat reports that 136 800 organized tourists visited Belarus in 2013. That number includes 114 200 people from CIS countries (almost 19% more than in 2012). Russians account for the biggest share of organized tourism in Belarus (111 300 people) against only 2000 visitors from Ukraine.



The other 'organized tourism' countries that send tourists to Belarus include Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, UK and Turkey. They account for 56.4% of the total number of tourists from outside the CIS area.
