Belarus suspected of arms traffic again

Belarus is mentioned in the “Amnesty International”’s report about countries involved in arms traffic to Sudan which is a violation of the international embargo in connection with the conflict in Darfur.

Russia and China are suspected to be the biggest Sudan’s suppliers of arms. Such countries as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are also mentioned in the report, informs a Russian agency “RosBiznesKonsalting”.

The UN Security Council adopted a resolution imposing an embargo on arms traffic to Sudan in March 2005. But the mentioned countries ignored this fact and continued the export of arms.
