Belarus to sell defense factory shares to Russia
SKB Kamerton to sell 25 percent of its shares to a Russian investor.
The deal aims to raise funds in order to launch the emregency reaction system ERA-RB, report Russian media.
The projet to set up the ERA-RB system in Belarus may be backed financially by Russia. Therefore, 25 percent plus one share of SKB Kamerton will be sold to a Russian investor.
According to the website of State Military Industrial Committee of Belarus, SKB Kamerton is a defense sector factory that carries out research and production of special naviation system for both the civilian and military purposes.
