Belarus is CIS leader in Internet usage
Belarus is the leader according to the general number of Internet uses compared to other CIS member states. Information presented by the annual UN “Human Development Report” testifies to it, informs BelTA.
There are 347 Internet users per one thousand Belarusians. For example, the same index in Russia is 152 and in Ukraine – 97 people per one thousand.
According to the number of Internet users per one thousand people Belarus is ahead of Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Czechia.
