A 34-year-old inhabitant of Hantsavichy Alyaksandr Zanka has lost a case in Brest. ERB informed that Zanka was arrested for 10 days after a conflict with the head physician of Hantsavichy policlinic Vasil Nestsyarovich. He was accused of having insulted the doctor. Meanwhile, Zanka and his witnesses claim that there were no insults and that the doctor was trying to take revenge for a complaint sent to the regional department of healthcare. Arrested Alyaksandr Zanka went on a hunger strike for 10 days.  When he was released, he tried to appeal the decision of Hantsavichy Court in the regional court. However, the judge did not even invite the witnesses of the incident described by Nestsyarovich. Alyaksandr Zanka claimed that he would send an appeal to the Supreme Court.
