Academician Rubinau leaves President’s Administration and becomes Batura’s deputy

69-year-old academician Anatol Rubinau, deputy head of the President’s Administration, has been elected deputy head of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly without any alternative. All members of the Upper Chamber voted for his candidature nominated by the newly elected head of the Council Barys Batura. Speaking about parliamentarians’ responsibility, Rubinau drew special attention to the fact that members of the Council of the Republic would have to work during the presidential election campaign.
