Yushchenko postpones parliamentary elections till next year

The Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko has claimed that the early elections of members of the Supreme Council will take place next year instead of this December as it had been planned.
In particular, he claimed that it would be unwise to conduct elections during the New Year season, informs AFR.

Let us remind you that Yushchenko dissolved the Parliament at the beginning of October, a month after “the orange coalition” had broken up. Early elections were appointed for December 7.
