Youth activists to appear in Minsk court today

The Central District Court in Minsk will today hear the case of Ales Kalita and Pavel Seradzenka, detained on Tuesday near the headquarters of the Belarusian Popular Front.
Special force agents brought the youth to the Central District Police Department.

During the search, police found on the youngsters printed materials calling on the people of Belarus to support the European March for Freedom scheduled to take place in late October.

Kalita and Seradzenka had to spend a night in a pre-trial detention custody, awaiting the today's hearing, according to Belapan.
