Young man faces $800 fine for Valentine's Day grafitti in Minsk

A young resident of Minsk is facing up to $800 in a fine for having painted Valentine's Day hearts on the walls of a house in the Belarusian capital, reports the Minsk Naviny news agency.
The 22-year-old decided to confess his feelings in an unusual way. He painted 20 hearts on the wall and wrote "I Love You!" message on a neaby sidewalk. The man was detained by a police patrol shortly afterwards. 

He is likely to pay additional $160 for the makeup repairs of the house entrance.
