"Young Belarus” finishes action
A group of youth headed by “Young Belarus” has reached the crossroads of Independence Avenue and Brouka Street. Then the street got blocked by special police troops in flak jackets and helmets. They did not allow the demonstrators or ordinary passers-by to pass. The head of Minsk police Leanid Farmahei tried to persuade them into leaving to avoid breaking the law. “Young Belarus” removed its banners after several minutes of resistance. The young people have started leaving.
