Worker dies in Belaruskali mine
A worker has died in a Belaruskali mine. The tragedy occurred on Monday, November 2, at about 5 p.m. The man was working 420 metres below the surface. Methane started being emitted all of a sudden. Its concentration in the air reached 10% (the norm is up to 1%). The worker died.
The incident is being investigated, the ECM press service reports. It has not affected the technological process.
