According to unofficial information, the hearing of Vasil Parfyankou’s case - activist of Nyaklyayeu’s election team - will take place on that day.
Human right activist Valyantsin Stefanovich has informed “Belsat” that activists of “Young Democrats” Yury Fisheuski and Pavel Yalavik have also received subpoenas and will have to appear in Minsk Frunze District Court on February 17. They are witnesses. Parfyankou’ case has been sent to the same court.
It is not clear whether the hearing will be open. The court will take this decision and the prosecutor can ask everyone to leave the courtroom “for the benefit of the investigation” at any moment, noted the human right activist.
