Victar Hanchar and Anatol Krasouski disappeared 10 years ago
The Belarusian vice Prime Minister Victar Hanchar and a businessman Anatol Krasoukai went missing 10 years ago, on September 16, 1999.
Democratic activists are going to conduct an action in memory of the missing opposition leaders in October Square at 6 p.m. today.
It is planned that deputies of the Supreme Council of the 12th and 13th convocations, relatives and friends of Victar Hanchar and Anatol Krasouski will take part in the action. People are going to bring portraits of the missing men to the square and light candles there.
