Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affaires investigates reasons for deportation of Ukrainian politician from Belarus
The official Kiev has not received any explanation about the deportation of a Ukrainian politician from Belarus yet.
Let us remind you that the leader of a Ukrainian party “Spas” Eduard Kovalenko was not allowed to enter Belarus in September. He was en route to Russia.
However, during the passport check-up Belarusian frontier guards asked Kovalenko to leave the train because he was a persona non grata in Belarus. He was kept in a confinement cell for several hours and then sent back to Ukraine.
The Ukrainian politician received no explanation. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affaires is investigating the issue of deportation of Eduard Kovalenko from Belarus now.
