As of 4 p.m., the turnout has reached 74.61%, CEC spokesperson Mikalai Lazavik told Belarus-1.
Most people have voted in Mahilyou Province – 81.11%. 80.69% have voted in Homel Province, 80.01% - in Vitsebsk Province, 75.45% - in Hrodna Province, 75.14% - in Brest Province and 74.87% - in Minsk Province.
The smallest turnout is in Minsk – 60.67%.
