Three criminal cases for wall graffiti started in Minsk

The losses caused by communal vandalism are being estimated in Minsk. The annual loss totals several million rubles. Walls and pedestrian subways suffer from capital “painters” most often.
According to the STV channel, people inform the police and housing and communal services departments about new graffiti every day. Three criminal cases for hooliganism have already been started this year.

It is noted that the detained “painters” are from 14 to 22 years old. They cannot explain their motives for “the crimes”.
