State Duma to receive agreement on Crimea’s annexation today

It will be the agreement on the annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol by the Russian Federation and a bill on creation of new federative subjects, he noted.

"We expect that the Constructional Court will consider the agreement and make a positive decision about the correspondence to the Constitution of the international agreement signed yesterday. The Russian President will need to present the project of the agreement and the federal constitutional bill to the State Duma for ratification today,” RIA Novosti quotes Sergey Naryshkin.

MPs will adopt ‘the historic bills’ as soon as possible, the State Duma speaker assured.
