Rymasheuski almost meets with road accident
A presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski and his family have been threatened several times including threats meaning danger to life, informs his press-service. Rymasheuski was returning to Minsk by car with his team members after a meeting in Homel on December 11. A ZIL without number plates suddenly appeared on their side of the road between Homel and Buda-Kashalyova. The driver of Rymasheuski’s car managed to drive to the roadside and avoided a collision. The tyre of his car was punctured near the house where the candidate’s wife and daughter had been given a lift on December 10. Vital Rymasheuski thinks that the incidents are a provocation of the special services. His election HQ is preparing to demand an investigation of the incidents and will send the appeal to the Office of the Public Prosecutor, Belarusian security agencies and international organizations.
