Russian consular staff in Minsk get permission to meet with Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner under house arrest in Belarus capital.
Head of the consular department Igor Koryagin has informed this on Wednesday. According to him, interfax.by quotes, the date and the time of the meeting are under coordination now.
