Russian crashed plane's 'black box' found near Minsk

A flight data recorder of the Russian plane that crashed near Minsk has been found, reports Interfax Zapad news agency.
According to Vadzim Melnik, director of the aviation department at the Transport Ministry of Belarus, " it is premature yet to talk about the preliminary causes of the accident".

A commision to probe the accident will be set up comprising representatives of the Intergovernmental Aviation Committee, experts from Belarus, Russia as well as from a British-American company which manufactured the plane.

Vadzim Melnik confirmed that two passengers and three crew member died in the crash. One of the victims -- Marat Romashkin -- was CEO C-Air, the company that owns the plane.
