Russian citizen is released from Minsk confinement cell

A Russian citizen Vladimir Belonin has been released from the confinement cell in Akrestsina Street where he spent more then 6 days. The student was suspected of being connected with the explosion that took place in Minsk on July 4.
The order about Belonin’s release informs that “the reasons for [his] further detention have disappeared”. His power unit and cell phone have been given back to him, reports BelaPAN.

As we informed, the Russian Embassy to Minsk sent two diplomatic notes to the Belarusian authorities in connection with the detention of the Russian citizen.
