Ruslan Salei injures knee at the start of “Colorado”-“Anaheim” match

A full-back of “Colorado” Ruslan Salei received a knee injury at the beginning of a home match of the NHL championship against “Anaheim”. By the way, the Belarusian’s team suffered a terrible defeat in that game – 2:7.
Our compatriot left the ice-rink 5 minutes 36 seconds after the start due to a collision with the forward of “Anaheim” Bobby Rian and did not return till the end of the match.

Ruslan Salei managed to attack the rivals’ gates once before the injury having spent one minute 20 seconds at the ice-rink.

It has not been informed how serious the injury of the Belarusian hockey player was. It is not clear whether the trauma is going to prevent Salei from representing Belarus at the world championship in Switzerland. It will start on April 24 and finish on May 10.
