Zmitser Dashkevich and Edward Lobau to stand trial on March 21
The judge of the Maskouski district court of Minsk Alena Shylko will consider the case of the "Young Front" leaders.
According to the investigation, Zmitser Dashkevich, Dzianis Lazar and Edward Lobau beat two citizens for no reason with an aim of hooliganism on December 18, 2010. After that they were arrested by the law-enforcement authorities. Dzianis Lazar was released on December 28, a case against him was dropped. Dashkevich and Lobau were presented accusations on January 6. They may face 3-10 years of imprisonment, the human rights center "Viasna" reminds.
