State to monopolize consumer import?
According to some information, the list of importers has already been compiled.
According to interfax.by, state wholesale depots and wholesale traders with the share of the state were included into the list of importers of consumer goods.
As it was informed before, Belarusian government had adopted regulation No.601. According to it, the Ministry of Trade together with regional executive committees is recommended to define wholesale operators to provide imported goods retail, as well as the scopes and the list of imported goods.
The most demanded goods last week were refrigerators, washing machines, TV-sets, microwave ovens, vacuum cleaners.
