Special police crew guards flowers near Dzyarzhynski monument?
Floral tribute to Felix Dzyarzhynski monument in Minsk on the anniversary of his birthday was not a public event.
A basket with carnations was put near the
monument to Felix Dzyarzhynski, several carnations and two touching roses were
laid nearby. Special police officers have been on duty near the monument since
6 a.m. They arrived in a white UAZ vehicle and are watching the flowers
carefully.

Felix Dzyarzhynski was born at the territory of today's Valozhyn district. He
is considered to be the founder of the Soviet Special Services - the
Whole-Russian supervisory commission, which was later renamed into NKVD, MSS

machine, inventor of methods aimed at torturing prisoners.
