Russian Emergency Ministry: Meteorite shower in Urals will not repeat
Deputy Director of the Russian Emergency Ministry's Information Center Alena Smirnykh has said this.
"The situation is not forecasted to develop this way so far", - RIA Novosti quotes her words.
The
meteorite shower was recorded on Friday at the territory of
Chelyabinsk, Tyumen and Sverdlovsk regions of Russia and in the North
Kazakhstan. According to the latest information, 250 people were
injured. Most people have minor injuries by the broken glass. Five
people have been sent to hospital.
