Resolution which condemns Lukashenka's regime adopted in Poland

A delegation of the Belarusian opposition were in the hall at the time of the resolution's adoption. The Ex-Head of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus Stanislau Shushkevich has told this to Euroradio. He has noted that the Belarusian delegation spoke mostly of the issue of political prisoners release, in the Sejm. According to him, the resolution is very firm:

Shushkevich: "The draft resolution which we heard is very firm. It shows that Poland is not going to stop until the dictatorship in Belarus ends. Our most important suggestions concerned one issue, our main goal - to release the political prisoners".

Sejm members strongly demand that the Belarusian authorities should release political prisoners immediately and stop political repressions, in their resolution.
