Pardon Commission considers Uladislau Kavalyou's appeal - clarification

The President's Pardon Commission summoned for another session several days ago. Among the other appeals, the Commission's members considered the one filed by death convict Uladzislau Kavalyou. Member of the Commission who wished to keep his identity in secret has informed this to Euroradio. Another participant of the session,  Mikalaj Samaseyka, refused to tell which decision the Commission had taken.

Samaseyka: "I am not going to comment on the session of the Pardon Commission, neither about Sannikau, nor about the terrorists or any other important or not important cases. All this will appear in press - this is in the competence of the President".

It is unknown when the state leader's decision will be announced.

Let us note that the information that appeals of Sannikau and Bandarenka were also considered during this session has not been confirmed.
